Scripps Howard School to Form New
Partnership With Young & Rubicam Brands

A new partnership between the Scripps Howard School at Hampton University and Young & Rubicam Brands will kick off with two days of marketing and communications immersion sessions on April 7 and 9 for journalism and communications majors.  Young & Rubicam Brands is a global, collaborative network comprised of some of the most powerful brands in marketing communications.

On day one, representatives from Burson-Marsteller, Landor, Sudler & Hennessey, VML, Wunderman and Y&R Advertising will visit the school to conduct several information sessions for the 450 broadcast journalism, print journalism and public relations pre-majors and majors. On day two, Rubicam agency experts will be stationed at exhibit tables for a “Meet & Greet” with Scripps Howard students to help them learn more about developing careers in the fields of marketing, advertising, branding and communications. Student job seekers also will learn about specific employment and internship opportunities with Young & Rubicam Brands’ companies.
