Junior Enters Hearst Journalism Awards Program

Raven Pratt, a junior broadcast journalism major, will submit two entries on Hampton University's response to the H1N1 crisis to the Hearst Journalism Awards Program. Pratt has been following the student reactions to the H1N1 crisis and how the university responded. Her reports aired on the campus radio station, WHOV 88.1 FM. The Hearst Journalism Awards Program is funded by the William Randolph Hearst Foundation and seeks to award excellence in student journalism. We wish her luck!
